Selection: Yankees runline (MONEY-MAKER) After dropping the first two games of this series (2-0, 4-2), I like the Yankees to, at the very least, keep this one close enough to earn the cover on the spread option. New York is in fact 7-3 in its last ten in trying to avenge two or more straight divisional losses in a row to an opponent. The bottom line here though is that I feel that Luis Gil (1-1, 4.01 ERA), can match Corbin Burnes (3-0, 2.55) inning for inning and in a scenario like that, the value invariably swings to the undervalued underdog. And that's the case here for sure in my opinion! T.M. Prediction: 5-3 New York. |
